The farm
The structure of la nevera is the result of the recovery of an ancient farmhouse immersed in the greenery of the val d'intelvi, the "emerald basin of lombardy". the construction materials are local: chestnut wood, larch and stones from the valley.
Agricultural business
The animals are raised in mountain pastures: horses, goats, pigs, dairy cows, farm animals in general, as well as lots of game from the valley.
