The farmhouse is located in cavriana near the pile-dwelling site that is part of the unesco heritage and close to the villages of castellaro lagusello and borghetto sul mincio. It comes from a renovation of an old farmhouse surrounded by the vineyards owned by our winery az.Agr.Richchi. electricity is produced by a photovoltaic system and thermal energy is produced with the use of a boiler powered exclusively with wood chips obtained from pruning the vineyards.

The third generation of the stefanoni family carries on the work in the vineyard and cellar of the ricchi farm with passion, using innovative technologies, but preserving tradition. The production cycle and vinification take place entirely in the company to guarantee quality. Since 2012 the company has been producing clean energy with the use of a wood chip boiler thus reducing the emission of co 2 into the environment. Electricity is instead produced with a photovoltaic system.
